At Style Haven, we understand how important your wedding day is, and we’re committed to ensuring you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Because wedding dresses are made-to-order or limited in availability, we have a specific return and refund policy in place to protect the integrity and quality of our products.
Eligibility for Refunds
We accept returns for eligible items under the following conditions:
- The item must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
- All original tags must be attached
- The return request must be made within 7 days of delivery
- The item must be shipped back within 14 days of receiving it
Please note: Customized, altered, or final sale items are non-refundable.
Non-Eligible Items
- Custom or made-to-measure dresses
- Items marked as Final Sale
- Dresses that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration
- Accessories, veils, and undergarments (for hygiene reasons)
Return Process
- Email us at info@thestylehavens.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Once approved, we will send you return instructions.
- After we receive and inspect your return, you will receive an email confirming the refund status.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
Refunds
Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.
